The present invention relates to a convenient sauna apparatus. The apparatus can be adjusted according to the size of a lower body of a user to closely contact knees and thighs of the user. Therefore, release of heat from the inside to the outside of the apparatus is delayed and minimized, and the user can enjoy dry-type sauna. The apparatus includes: a case (10) having an opening part (11)； an elevating plate (20) which is installed on the opening part (11) of the case (10) to be able to move up and down； a stopper (30) which is installed between the case (10) and the elevating plate (20) and fixates the elevating plate (20), which moves up and down； a first heater (40) which is installed on an inner bottom surface of the case (10), receives electric power, and generates heat； and a second heater (50) which is installed to protrude from the inside of an upper portion of the case (10) toward the opening part (11), receives electric power, and generates heat. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the apparatus can be flexibly adjusted by the elevating plate, installed on the case to be move up and down, according to the size of the lower body of the user.
