PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide food/drink and pet food for improving a feeling of satiety, enabling diet without giving stress, free from lowering original flavor and palate feeling, and improving a feeling of satiety of a person or a pet.
SOLUTION: The food/drink and the pet food contains fermentative digestion-resistant glucide and/or fermentation-resistant digestion-resistant glucide and/or guar bean protein. A Cyamoposis Gum decomposition product is preferable as for the fermentative digestion-resistant glucide, and polydextrose is preferable as for the fermentation-resistant digestion-resistant glucide.
