The present invention comprises: a step for, when a direct seeder is seated on a bank and drawn from both furrows by using a drag bar at the front of a vehicle, a plurality of seeding pins combined in rows and columns uniformly form seeding grooves in the ground when a driving roller is driven on the ground of the bank； a step for transmitting the driving force of a driving roller at the same ratio to rotate the supply shaft, thereby first arranging the randomly falling seeds on a seeding hopper adjacent to the ground； a step for opening a gate by an interference by a timing shaft of the supply shaft at the entrance of the seeding grooves, which are continuously formed at the front thereof, thereby simultaneously putting the seeds in the seeding grooves； and a step for covering the seeding groove, in which the seeds are put, with soil at the rear thereof, and applying a packing roller thereto, thereby finishing direct seeding. In addition, when the vehicle is moved between the furrows, the packing roller at the rear is supported on the end of the bank and the drag bar is lifted toward the sky, and the operating lever is moved to a fixing groove to lower the drag bar, thereby maintaining the vehicle horizontally, so that the vehicle is moved dependent on wheel like a wagon.
