The device comprises: a breathing state detecting module, configured to detect a light offset image of a human breathing state and transmit the light offset image to an image processing module； and the image processing module, configured to process the light offset image of the human breathing state, generate a breathing signal waveform, calculate a human breathing frequency, compare the human breathing frequency with a set threshold, and alarm when an abnormal state occurs.
