A medical device and methods of delivery of the medical device within a patients body are disclosed by the present invention. The medical device includes a first elongate member, a second elongate member and a coupling member. The first elongate member further includes a leg portion and a head portion. The head portion is configured to be attached to a first bodily portion and the leg portion is configured to be attached to second bodily portion. The second elongate member includes a leg portion and a head portion. The head portion of the second elongate member is configured to be attached to a third bodily portion and the leg portion of the second elongate member is configured to be attached to a fourth bodily portion. The coupling member is configured to be coupled to and extend between the first elongate member and the second elongate member to couple the first elongate member to the second elongate member when the medical device is in a first configuration.
