PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cannula including a seal giving strong engagement with an instrument.SOLUTION: An inlet device for surgical operation enables access to a tissue region. The device includes: an inlet member, which is an inlet member having dimensions to be positioned in the body tissue, and enables an object for surgical operation, which is adjacent to the tissue region and used in performing the surgical operation procedure to be introduced and an inlet seal, which is installed in the inlet member to defines a seal axis. The inlet seal includes an elastic member and at least one fiber loop, wherein the fiber loop has an inner loop part and an outer loop part, the inner loop part at least partially circumscribes the inlet hole.
