The slide valve cervical plate of the present invention comprises an anti-recoil device (2) that prevents the vertical movement of the bone anchor screws (3) and consists of a first vertical locking means (71), capable of elastically deforming in a first direction for the insertion of an anchoring screw (3) into the corresponding bore (4), and a second vertical locking means (8), capable of elastically deforming in a second direction other than the first one in order to place another anchoring screw (3) into another bore (4), said first and second locking means elastically deforming when a combined clockwise rotating and vertical external force is applied onto the anchoring screws (3).
