PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent intrusion of splash water in a procedure into the throat by devising a structure of a distal end of a main tube for guiding a sucking object to the oral cavity, and to prevent aspiration to the trachea, choking, and the like.SOLUTION: A salvia discharge tube type suction device for sucking a sucking object in the oral cavity and discharging it outside the oral cavity includes: a main tube 11 that has a hole portion at a distal end for capturing the sucking object and guides the sucking object captured by the hole portion outside the oral cavity narrow tubes 12a and 12b that are connected to the distal end near the hole portion, have hole portions for capturing the sucking object and guide the sucking object to the main tube 11 and water absorbing members 13a and 13b that are detachably attached to the narrow tubes 12a and 12b and absorb splash water 2 in a procedure. This configuration can capture the splash water 2 absorbed by the water absorbing members 13a and 13b by the hole portions of the narrow tubes 12a and 12b and guide the captured splash water 2 to the main tube 11.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】被吸引物を口腔外へ導く主管の先端部分の構造を工夫して、施術時の飛散水の咽頭への浸入を防止できるようにすると共に、気管への誤嚥や、ムセ込み等を防止できるようにする。【解決手段】口腔内の被吸引物を吸い込んで口腔外へ排出する排唾管型吸引装置は、先端部分に被吸引物を捕捉する孔部を有し、当該孔部によって捕捉された被吸引物を口腔外へ導く主管11と、孔部の近傍の先端部分に接続され、被吸引物を捕捉する孔部を有し、当該被吸引物を主管11に導く細管12a,12bと、細管12a,12bに着脱自在に取り付けられ、施術時の飛散水2を吸水する吸水部材13a,13bとを備えている。この構成によって、吸水部材13a,13bに吸水された飛散水2を細管12a,12bの孔部により捕捉することができ、捕捉された飛散水2を主管11に導くことができる。【選択図】 図1
