PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning agent having an excellent foaming property and capable of prompting rapid elution of protease.SOLUTION: According to the present invention, there is provided a cleaning agent consisting of an aggregate of granular materials containing a proteolytic enzyme and having a particle diameter of 0.1 to 2.0 mm. The granular materials have rough surfaces and are amorphous in shape. In addition, when adding 5 parts by weight of water to 1 part by weight of the granular materials, a thickener, which causes a viscosity of 200 to 35000 mPa-s, is added to the granular materials.
