The rainwater-monitoring meter (2) is connected to the electric motor (4). The rainwater collector (1) comprises a funnel-shaped rain trap (11) and a rainwater container (12). The rainwater container (12) is fixed to a lower end of the rain trap (11). A side wall, used for collecting rainwater, of the rain trap (11) is provided with the water collection groove (110). The rainwater-monitoring meter (2) is used for detecting a characteristic value of rainwater in the rainwater collector (1), and sending a control signal to the electric motor (4) after the control signal is generated according to the characteristic value. The telescopic support (3) is connected to the electric motor (4). The canopy (5) is fixed to the telescopic support (3). When the telescopic support (3) opens, the canopy (5) opens therewith and when the telescopic support (3) closes, the canopy (5) closes therewith.
