FIELD: food industry.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil and fat and feedstuff industry and can be used for production of fodder products from sunflower seeds cleaning wastes. Fodder product production method involves mixing of raw stock purification and general sowing of industrial cleaning of sunflower seeds at ratio of 1:2–2:1. Mixture is separated on a sieve with hole diameter of 6.0–6.5 mm, the dent is removed from the production, the passage is separated on a sieve with hole diameter of 2.5–3.5 mm, the sieve is separated in an air flow at an air speed of 2.0–3.0 m/s. Precipitated husks with organic impurities are mixed with total husks flow in production. Oil-bearing dust entrained with the air flow is separated by a centrifugal method and the oil dust is mixed with passage through a sieve with hole diameter of 2.5–3.5 mm. Metal impurities are removed from the obtained mixture by magnetic treatment. Moistening with water in amount of 0–10 % to weight of mixture, directing mixture for extrusion and pressing.EFFECT: invention increases weight fractions of crude protein and raw fat in the fodder product from sunflower seeds cleaning wastes, reduces weight content of raw ash and crude fiber in it, excludes presence of metal impurities.1 cl, 1 tbl, 1 exИзобретение относится к масложировой и комбикормовой промышленности и может быть использовано для получения кормовых продуктов из отходов очистки семян подсолнечника.
