An apparatus for generating an tomography image according to the embodiment of the present invention includes a detection part which detects at least two basic modulation incident beams based on at least two basic modulation parameters, at least two basic interference signals with regard to an object by modulating a target modulation incident beam based on a target modulation parameter, and a target interference signal； and an image part which outputs the set target modulation parameter by analyzing the at least two basic interference signals, processes the target interference signal with a target image with regard to the object, and outputs it.본 발명의 실시예에 따른 단층 영상 생성 장치는 입사빔(incident beam)을 각각, 적어도 둘 이상의 기본 변조 파라미터에 근거한 적어도 둘 이상의 기본 변조 입사광 및 타겟 변조 파라미터에 근거한 타겟 변조 입사광으로 변조하여, 피사체에 대한 적어도 둘 이상의 기본 간섭 신호 및 타겟 간섭 신호를 검출하는 검출부； 및 상기 적어도 둘 이상의 기본 간섭 신호를 분석하여 설정된 타겟 변조 파라미터를 출력하고, 상기 타겟 간섭 신호를 상기 피사체에 대한 타겟 영상으로 처리하여 출력하는 영상부를 포함한다.
