The present invention relates to a device for assisting patella x-raying, which is mounted to an X-raying apparatus with a table where a person to be X-rayed can lie and, more specifically, to a device for assisting patella x-raying, which can simply adjust an X-raying angle for the patella and can stably maintain the position so as to obtain an accurate and ideal axial view X-ray image of the patella. To achieve this, the device for assisting patella x-raying includes: a connecting frame mounted to a side surface of the table included in the X-raying apparatus； a calf support configured to support a calf part of a person to be X-rayed； a tilting hinge configured to rotatably connect the calf support to the connecting frame and to selectively adjust and maintain a rotating direction and rotating angle of the calf support regarding the connecting frame； and an image plate holder coupled to the calf support to be rotated and adjusted in angle, and configured to support an image plate.본 발명은 피촬영자가 누울 수 있는 테이블을 갖는 X선 촬영장치에 장착하는 무릎뼈 X선 촬영용 보조장치에 관한 것으로서, 특히 정확하고 이상적인 무릎뼈의 축상(axial view) X선 촬영 영상을 얻을 수 있도록 무릎뼈의 X선 촬영 각도를 간편하게 조절 및 자세를 안정적으로 유지시켜 주는 X선 촬영장치용 보조장치를 제공하기 위한 것이며, 이를 위해 X선 촬영장치의 테이블 한쪽 측면에 장착되는 연결프레임과, 피촬영자의 종아리 부위를 받쳐주는 종아리받침대와, 이 연결프레임에 종아리받침대를 회전 가능하게 연결하고 연결프레임에 대한 종아리받침대의 회전방향 및 회전각도를 선택적으로 조절하고 유지시키는 틸팅힌지 및 종아리받침대에 회전 및 각도 조절 가능하게 결합되어 영상판을 받치는 영상판거치대를 포함하는 무릎뼈 X선 촬영 보조장치를 개시한다.
