The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a soil conditioner manufactured with sulfur to cultivate sulfur-cabbage, a cultivation method of sulfur-cabbage using the same, and the sulfur-cabbage, wherein the method manufactures a soil conditioner by mixing and fermenting expellant sulfur powder, manufactured by fermenting and decomposing toxic sulfur by adding an effective microorganism culture medium, rice bran, phyllite, and bentonite, implants a cabbage seeding in which a cabbage seed sown in a seed raising box is raised in a field for the manufactured soil conditioner to be foliage treated, and irrigation nutrient solution treating a liquefied treating agent in which the effective microorganism culture medium is diluted to the cabbage implanted in the field.본 발명은 독성유황에 유용미생물 배양액을 첨가하여 발효분해시켜 제조된 제독유황분말과 미강, 천매암 및 벤토나이트를 혼합한 후 발효하여 토양개량제를 제조하고, 육묘상자에 파종한 배추 씨앗을 육묘시킨 배추 모종을 밭에 이식한 후 상기 제조한 토양개량제를 경엽처리하며, 유용미생물 배양액을 희석한 액상 처리제를 밭에 이식한 배추에 관주 양액 처리하여 유황배추를 재배하도록한 유황을 이용하여 제조된 토양개량제 제조방법과 이를 사용한 유황배추의 재배방법 및 그 유황배추에 관한 것이다.
