In the winding reel braking mechanism (25), a first holding component (64) and a second holding component (65) are installed on a first dent (61a) and a second dent (61b) of which the peripheral parts dent along the radial direction. So the peripheral surfaces (64c) and (65c) of the first holding component (64) and the second holding component (65) can be installed at the inner side just with the depths of the first dent (61a) and the second dent (61b). Therefore the clearance between the peripheral side of magnet (61) and the inside peripheral side of coil (62) of coil (62) can be reduced furthest.
