PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tubular body that has patterns of luster color with an accent provided in appearance, and enables obtaining three-dimensional appearance with a depth in the accent portion.SOLUTION: A tubular body concerning the present invention is characterized in that consecutive irregularities 21 of a pitch width of 0.5-2.0 mm and a depth of 20-200 μm are formed on a surface by fiber-reinforced resin materials, and polarization pearl particles 32 with a mean diameter of 60 μm or less are dispersed on the surface of the irregularities as pigment to form coating with the luster color.
