The present invention relates to a system for monitoring a walking balance. More specifically, the present invention relates to a system for monitoring a walking balance for lower extremity rehabilitation, which can be used in all medical treatment periods according to progress conditions of rehabilitation treatment, and not only can double a rehabilitation training effect by enabling a rehabilitation patient to correct the posture by himself/herself while allowing the rehabilitation patient to directly monitor whether a walking balance expressed as a balance line has been maintained in real time although the system is not under the supervision of a physical therapist or a physiatrist, but also can provide an improved rehabilitation training program based on monitoring results after simply monitoring whether a correct rehabilitation training has been made only by allowing the physical therapist or the physiatrist to check rehabilitation training results without always observing a rehabilitation training process. The system of the present invention includes: a treadmill which conducts the rehabilitation training； a rehabilitation auxiliary frame which supports a lower extremity rehabilitation auxiliary means； at least four or more power sensors which measure variations in loads applied to left and right sides of a track belt； a walking monitoring control unit which divides left and right steps and determines whether to maintain the walking balance based on the variations in the loads to produce walking information； and a display device which expresses the walking information in real time such that the rehabilitation patient recognizes the walking information.본 발명은 보행 밸런스 모니터링 시스템에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 재활치료의 진행 상황에 따라 전 치료 주기에 모두 활용될 수 있으면서, 물리치료사나 재활의의 감독하에 있지 않더라도 밸런스 라인으로 표출되는 보행 밸런스의 유지여부를 재활환자가 실시간으로 직접 모니터링하며 스스로 자세를 교정할 수 있게 하여 재활훈련의 효과를 배가시킬 수 있게 함과 아울러, 물리치료사나 재활의로서도 재활훈련 과정을 항상 지켜보지 않고 재활훈련 결과를 확인하는 것만으로도 올바른 재활훈련이 이루어졌는지 여부를 간편하게 모니터링한 후 그 모니터링 결과를 토대로 개선된 재활훈
