The present invention relates to an immunoglobulin Y (IgY)-thiolated methacrylate-based polymer composite and a production method thereof a drug delivery comprising the same and a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating diarrhea in livestock, comprising the same. According to the present invention, the composite is one of which IgY and thiolated methacrylate-based polymer are bonded to each other, and the composite is stabilized in an environment of a stomach without degradation, in an application of the composite as the drug delivery. In addition, efficiency as an animal drug can be improved due to an increase in adhesiveness to the intestinal mucosa.
