The present invention relates to an orally disintegrating tablet containing: mirtazapine； mirtazapine particles； a sugar, sugar alcohol or microcrystalline cellulose core coated with mirtazapine； or a sugar, sugar alcohol or microcrystalline cellulose core coated with other drugs, wherein mannitol is contained as a main filler, and crospovidone and sodium starch gluconate are contained together as a disintegrating agent. The orally disintegrating tablet in accordance with the present invention has an excellent overall drug administration property without a foreign matter sensation, roughness, and the like, has high hardness to prevent damage to a tablet during the packaging, handling and distribution processes, rapidly disintegrates in the oral cavity in spite of having high hardness, and has excellent storage stability.본 발명은 미르타자핀, 미르타자핀 입자, 미르타자핀이 코팅된 당, 당알코올 또는 미결정셀롤로오스 코어, 또는 다른 약물이 코팅된 당, 당알코올 또는 미결정셀롤로오스 코어를 포함하는 구강붕해정에 있어서, 주요 충진제로 만니톨을 포함하고, 붕해제로 크로스포비돈과 전분글리콘산나트륨을 함께 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 따른 구강붕해정은 이물감, 까끌거림 등이 없는 등 전체적인 복용감이 우수하고, 포장, 취급, 유통 과정 중에 정제가 파손되지 않도록 높은 경도를 가지며, 높은 경도를 가짐에도 불구하고 구강 내에서 신속히 붕해되고, 저장안정성이 우수하다.
