PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mixer of rotor stator type including a stator having a plurality of openings, and a rotor arranged at a predetermined spacing on the inner side of said stator, a mixer enabled by improving a shear stress applied to a fluid to be treated, and a mixer capable of changing-adjusting a shear stress to be applied to a fluid to be treated, or changing-adjusting the flowing manner of a fluid to be treated.SOLUTION: A stator is composed of a plurality of stators having different circumferences, and rotors are individually arranged through a predetermined clearance on the inner side of each stator.
