An object of the present invention is to provide a therapeutic agent or prophylactic agent which has an analgesic effect on both nociceptive pain and neuropathic pain and is effective in treatment of fibromyalgia. The present invention provides a therapeutic agent or prophylactic agent for fibromyalgia, said agent comprising as an effective ingredient a cyclohexane derivative exemplified by the formula below, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof or a prodrug thereof.본 발명은 침해 수용성 동통 및 신경인성 동통의 쌍방에 대해서 진통효과를 갖고, 섬유근 통증의 치료에 대해서 유효한 치료제 또는 예방제를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 하고 있다. 본 발명은 하기 식으로 대표되는 시클로헥산 유도체 또는 그 약리학적으로 허용되는 염 또는 그 프로드러그를 유효성분으로서 함유하는 섬유근 통증의 치료제 또는 예방제를 제공한다.
