The present invention relates to a standing up and rehabilitation wheelchair robot, and to a standing up and rehabilitation wheelchair robot having an armrest part lifted and lowered by a user&prime；s manipulation in a state where the user sits on a seat plate while being shaped in a traditional wheelchair shape to assist the user to stand up, and to promote rehabilitation by a comparative simple structure. According to the present invention, the standing up and rehabilitation wheelchair robot comprises: a wheelchair frame； a moving wheel installed in the wheelchair frame to come in contact with the ground and roll； the seat plate installed in parallel with the wheelchair frame at a regular height from the ground to enable the user to sit on； the armrest part installed in each of the right and left sides of the seat plate to enable the user to place the arms on the armrest part in a state where the user sits on the seat plate； a driving part having a first motor to drive the moving wheel； and a controller controlling the operation of the driving part by the user&prime；s manipulation, wherein the armrest part is supported in the wheelchair frame to be capable of being lifted and lowered, and the driving part having more a second motor to lift and lower the armrest part.본 발명은 기립 및 재활 보조 휠체어 로봇에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 전통적인 휠체어의 형상을 취하면서도 사용자가 좌판에 착석한 상태에서 사용자의 조작에 의해 승하강되는 팔걸이부를 구비하여 비교적 심플한 구성으로도 사용자의 기립을 보조하고 재활을 도모할 수 있는 기립 및 재활 보조 휠체어 로봇에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 따른 기립 및 재활 보조 휠체어 로봇은, 휠체어프레임과, 지면과 맞닿아 구르도록 상기 휠체어프레임에 설치되는 이동휠과, 사용자의 착석이 가능하도록 지면에서 일정 높이로 상기 휠체어프레임에 수평하게 설치되는 좌판과, 사용자가 상기 좌판에 착석한 상태에서 양팔을 걸칠 수 있도록 상기 좌판의 좌우측에 각각 구비된 팔걸이부와, 상기 이동휠을 구동시키는 제1모터가 구비된 구동부와, 사용자의 조작에 의해 상기 구동부의 작동을 제어하는 제어부를 포함하는 휠체어 로봇에 있어서, 상기 팔걸이부는, 상기 휠체어프레임에 승하강 가능하게 지지되고, 상기 구동부는, 상기 팔걸이부를 승하강시키는 제2모터가 더 구비된 것을 특징으로 한다.
