PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive preparation which has a low irritation to the skin surface, is superior in stability of bisoprolol in the preparation and further is capable of continuously administrating an effective amount of bisoprolol for treatment or prevention to the living body.SOLUTION: The adhesive preparation 10 has a support 1 and an adhesive layer 2 which is layered on one surface of the support 1. The adhesive layer 2 is characterized by containing bisoprolol, polyisobutylene, a tackifier and an organic liquid component which is compatible with polyisobutylene and tackifiers. Thus, the adhesive preparation having good skin adhesiveness, low skin irritation and reduced pain or adhesive residue at the time of removal from the skin surface can be provided. Further, the adhesive preparation in which the stability of bisoprolol in the adhesive preparation is excellent and an effective amount of bisoprolol for treatment and prevention can be continuously administrated to the living body through the skin surface is provided.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】皮膚面に対して刺激性が少なく、製剤中でのビソプロロールの安定性に優れ、更に治療又は予防に有効な量のビソプロロールを生体内へ持続的に投与可能な貼付製剤を提供すること。【解決手段】貼付製剤10は、支持体1と、該支持体1の片面に積層された粘着剤層2とを備えるものである。粘着剤層2は、ビソプロロール、ポリイソブチレン、タッキファイヤー、並びにポリイソブチレン及びタッキファイヤーと相溶可能な有機液状成分を含有することを特徴とする。これにより、皮膚接着性が良好で皮膚刺激性が少なく、しかも皮膚面から剥離除去した際の痛みや糊残りが抑制された貼付製剤を提供することができる。さらに、貼付製剤中のビソプロロールの安定性に優れ、治療又は予防に有効な量のビソプロロールを、皮膚面を通して生体内に持続的に投与することが可能な貼付製剤が提供される。【選択図】図1
