Connecting arrangement (11) for connecting a syringe (13) to an electromechanical pump (15) for drug infusion, wherein the syringe (13) comprises a hollow cylindrical syringe body (17) having a first, tapered open end (19) for discharging the drug and a second open end (21), said syringe body being surrounded by connecting means (23) arranged to firmly connect the syringe (13) to the pump (15) in a removable manner, an axially sliding plunger (25) being housed in the syringe body (17) for causing suction and injection of the drug through the first end (19), wherein the pump (15) comprises a pump body (27) housing electromechanical members (29) comprising a sliding rod (31) partially projecting out of the pump body (27) in order to cause sliding of the plunger (25) within the syringe body (17) of the syringe (13) connected to the pump (15), said pump body (27) being provided with connecting means (33) arranged to receive in an engaging configuration the syringe body (17), and wherein the connecting means (33) provided on the pump body (27) comprise a cylindrical collar (35) axially extending around the sliding rod (31) and being internally provided with engaging elements (37), said collar (35) defining a sealing end (39); and the connecting means (23) surrounding the syringe body (17) comprise engaging elements (41) arranged to cooperate with the engaging elements (37) provided in the collar (35) for firmly connecting the syringe (13) to the pump (15) in a removable manner, and an annular flange (43) extending radially around the syringe body (17), said flange (43) being adapted to cooperate with the sealing end (39) defined in the collar (35) in order to establish a tight sealing between the syringe body (17) and the collar (35), whereby, when the syringe (13) is attached to the pump (15), any moisture that may be present in the surrounding environment outside the pump (15) and the syringe (13) attached thereto does not penetrate into the pump body (27).
