PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improvement technique of increasing density of frame data of a plurality of frames in a frame direction.SOLUTION: An interpolation processing part 26 performs interpolation processing of frame data of a plurality of frames obtained on the basis of a reception signal of an ultrasonic wave in a frame direction. A high definition processing part 28 performs high definition processing of the frame data after the interpolation processing on respective processing surfaces intersecting the plurality of frames.
