According to the invention, at least one of the two superimposed parts (10, 11) forms, on a proximal side of the implant (2), an anchoring block (20, 22) extending over at least half the height of the implant (2)； and - said anchoring block (20, 22) is pierced with a hole (30) for the engagement through it of a bone anchoring screw (4) capable of being screwed into one of the vertebrae .
