The present invention relates to a plant biotic agent phenotyping platform comprising a container hermetically sealed with a lid delimiting an internal space divided into two spaces: - a lower internal space which comprises at least one temperature control means immersed in a temperature transfer liquid； and - an upper internal space, the surface of the temperature transfer liquid being the border between the lower internal space and the upper internal space； the lid comprising at least one orifice which is adapted to fit a pot and at least one pot whose bottom part is contained in the upper internal space and which is adapted to receive plant seeds and soil parasite and to enable development of such soil parasites and plants. The invention also related to the use of this platform for screening plant resistance or tolerance to soil parasite.La présente invention concerne une plate-forme de phénotypage d'agent biotique végétal qui comprend un récipient hermétiquement fermé avec un couvercle délimitant un espace interne divisé en deux espaces : - un espace interne inférieur qui comprend au moins un moyen de régulation de la température immergé dans un liquide de transfert de température； et - un espace interne supérieur, la surface du liquide de transfert de température étant la limite entre l'espace interne inférieur et l'espace interne supérieur. Le couvercle comprend au moins un orifice pouvant s'adapter à un pot et au moins un pot, dont la partie inférieure est contenue dans l'espace interne supérieur et qui est adapté pour recevoir des graines de végétaux et des parasites de sol et permettre le développement de ces parasites de sol et de ces végétaux. L'invention concerne aussi l'utilisation de cette plate-forme afin de dépister la résistance ou la tolérance des végétaux aux parasites de sol.
