The present invention relates to a guide tool for a mandible corner resection surgery and a method for manufacturing the same. More particularly, the present invention relates to a guide tool configured to protect nerves and soft tissues in the periphery of the mandible and the skeleton of the mandible, configured to be effectively fixed to the outer skeleton of the mandible of the surgery recipient, and configured to guide the path of movement of a cutting tool.
