PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mask assembly having a headgear assembly that provides more comfortability to a patient without deteriorating its functionality.SOLUTION: The gear assembly, which stably disposes respiratory mask assembly to a patient's head, includes a pair of side straps, at least two rear straps, and an intermediate strap arranged portion between the two rear straps. At least one of the two rear straps includes a bent portion of a predetermined radius, which is measured in a state that the head gear assembly is flatly spread.
