The apparatus includes a stretchable frame, a seed plate, and a switch unit. The stretchable frame has an upper frame and a lower frame that can move forth and back toward each other. The lower frame carries the gardening plate. The seed plate, having at least one through hole, mapping with the containing space, is located at the upper frame. The switch unit, limited between the seed plate and the gardening plate, moves from side to side. The switch unit has a pressing post and a through channel. The through channel can close or open the through hole by moving along the seed plate.
