PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a caster device which surely operates regardless of presence or absence of a braking condition of a wheel upon generation of such as earthquakes and can prevent untended move or fall of the caster truck.SOLUTION: The caster device includes one or a plurality of projection bodies 3P that carry out a projection operation from the periphery of the wheel when the vibration or the shock is sensed, and stops the movement of the wheel by grounding at least either of the projection body that projects during operation.
