The upper limb rehabilitation device consists of two arms (2) joined by a column (1). The shoulder (2) contains the upper part (3) and the lower part (4),with the upper (3) arm (2) having the first bearings with the first slide bearing pressed and the lower (4) arm (2) having the guide,with at least one spring balance with a line (9),at the end of which the attachment clamp (10) is fitted for the upper limb support of the rehabilitated person. On the driver is the first blocking element to set this spring balance.Urządzenie do rehabilitacji kończyny górnej zawiera dwa ramiona (2) połączone kolumną (1). Ramię (2) zawiera część górną (3) oraz część dolną (4), przy czym w swojej części górnej (3) ramię (2) posiada wytłoczone pierwsze gniazdo łożyskowe z pierwszym łożyskiem ślizgowym, zaś w swojej części dolnej (4) ramię (2) zawiera prowadnicę, na której osadzony jest co najmniej jeden balanser sprężynowy z linką (9), na końcu której zamocowany jest uchwyt mocujący (10) dla elementu podtrzymującego kończynę górną osoby rehabilitowanej. Na prowadnicy jest pierwszy element blokujący do ustawienia tego balansera sprężynowego.
