PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for desiccating onions capable of desiccating a large amount of onions at a time because of good ventilation, in such a way as to prevent the onions from being exposed to raindrops even in strong wind and rain.SOLUTION: The apparatus for desiccating onions comprises two or more support walls arranged side by side, a plurality of cross bars provided to extend between the support walls, and a sheet stretched between the support walls. The apparatus also includes rotating joints provided at the tops of the centers of the support walls, arms provided to project in a downgrade on both sides from the rotating joints and capable of rotating in such a way as to flip up, and the sheet supported by the arms on both sides.
