PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biological information measurement device in which both vital sign information and a photographed image can be referred to at recording timing in the biological information measurement device which can be connected to an imaging device, and to provide a biological information measurement system.SOLUTION: A biological information measurement device 10 acquires the information of a vital sign based on a biological signal of a subject via a sensor 30, and an ultrasonic image and a photographed image acquired from an ultrasonic probe 20 and an imaging device. A control part 14 displays at least one out of the vital sign information and the ultrasonic image on a display part 16.
