The invention relates to the composition for use in the multi-phase hair bleaching formulation which consists of three separately-located phases to be mixed directly before use； to the hair bleaching formulation which consists of three phases separate from each other and mixed directly before use, and which contains the specified composition in one of the phases； and to the hair bleaching method which includes the application of the specified formulation on hair. The composition contains mixture of hydrogenated polyisobutene with ethylene/propylene/styrene copolymer and butylene/ethylene/styrene copolymer. The invention makes it possible to reduce hair damage during bleaching and to preserve hair strength, suppleness and a healthy appearance.
