PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sterilization treatment system that can shorten a treatment time and can heat waste in a sterilization treatment tank without unevenness to improve sterilization efficiency and accuracy by separating moisture from the waste, and supplying high pressure steam from a lower part as well as from an upper part.SOLUTION: The sterilization treatment system 1 includes a sterilization treatment unit 5 for carrying out sterilization treatment of the waste. The sterilization treatment unit 5 includes: a sterilization treatment tank 51 storing crushed waste an agitating means 52 agitating the waste stored in the sterilization treatment tank 51 an upper steam supply means 53 supplying high pressure steam into the sterilization treatment tank 51 from the upper part a separating screen 56 provided at a bottom part of the sterilization treatment tank 51 to separate moisture from the waste and a lower steam supply means 54 communicating with a lower space partitioned by the separating screen 56, and supplying high pressure steam into the sterilization treatment tank 51 from the lower part.
