The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for preventing and treating obesity comprising an extract of a black rice aleurone layer as an active ingredient. When manufacturing the extract of a black rice aleurone layer and treating the same into mouse mesenchymal stem cells, differentiation of fat cells and accumulation of lipids are effectively inhibited accumulation of lipids in cells concentration-dependently is reduced and synthesis of fatty acid is inhibited. Accordingly, the extract of a black rice aleurone layer can be used for a pharmaceutical composition for preventing and treating obesity.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017본 발명은 흑미(black rice) 호분층(aleurone layer)의 추출물을 유효성분으로 포함하는 비만 예방 및 치료용 약학적 조성물에 관한 것으로, 흑미 호분층 추출물을 제조하여 마우스 중간엽줄기세포에 처리하였을 때, 지방세포 분화 및 지질 축적이 효과적으로 억제되며, 농도 의존적으로 세포내 지질 축적이 감소되고, 지방산 합성을 억제됨을 확인함으로써, 흑미 호분층 추출물이 비만 예방 및 치료용 약학적 조성물로 유용하게 사용될 수 있음을 확인하였다.
