PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biometric authentication sensor device that captures an image of a pattern of a blood vessel in the inside of a wrist.SOLUTION: The biometric authentication sensor device includes: a wrist strap 12； and a near-infrared camera 3 placed on the wrist strap, for capturing an image of a pattern of a blood vessel while holding the wrist strap with a space from a wrist during the opening or closing of the wrist strap 12. The biometric authentication sensor device further includes an illumination unit 15 illuminating the inside of the device.
