PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noncontact-type tonometer capable of suitably measuring an intraocular pressure and a cornea thickness with a simplified configuration.SOLUTION: A noncontact-type tonometer comprises: fluid blowing means for blowing a fluid to a cornea Ec of a subject's eye; a first light-projecting optical system 500a for emitting first illumination light toward the cornea Ec of the subject's eye from an oblique direction; a first light-receiving optical system 500b for receiving the first illumination light reflected from a cornea surface of the subject's eye to detect a deformation shape of the cornea Ec deformed by the fluid blowing means; intraocular pressure measurement means for measuring the intraocular pressure of the subject's eye in a noncontact manner; a second light-projecting optical system 70a for emitting second illumination light toward the cornea Ec of the subject's eye from an oblique direction; a second light-receiving optical system 70b for receiving the reflected light from the cornea surface of the subject's eye and the reflected light from a cornea rear surface of the subject's eye; and cornea thickness measurement means for measuring the cornea thickness of the subject's eye in a noncontact manner. In the noncontact-type tonometer, the optical axis of the first light-projecting optical system 500a and the optical axis of the second light-receiving optical system 70b are aligned, and the optical axis of the first light-receiving optical system 500b and the optical axis of the second light-projecting optical system 70a are aligned.
