An orthopedic prosthesis (20, 100) including an implant body (22, 24, 26, 122) defining a number of suture anchor attachment locations (30, 120), and a plurality of suture anchors (40) each including one or more suture (S) extending from an anchor portion (42) that is engaged with a select one of the suture anchor attachment locations (30, 120) to selectively attach a corresponding one of the suture anchors (40) to the implant body (22, 24, 26, 122).
