The present invention relates to an apparatus for acquiring bio information by using a chair. The purpose of the present invention is to acquire continuously the bio information by installing bio signal sensor at an armrest, a back and a seat of the chair mainly used in daily life or an office for acquiring the bio information and making compensations possible in spite of an error such as a contact degradation at a place, to calculate parameters for determining a health state, a stress state or an emotion state of a user, and to analyze a sitting posture state by distributing a plurality of pressure sensors to the back and the seat of the chair and acquiring data measured via each of the pressure sensors.
