PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mist generator which can increase an amount of mist supplied to a desired area by simple structure.SOLUTION: The mist generator MG includes a rotor 2 housed in a case 1 and a plurality of collision walls 12 for water to collide with. The mist generator MG is provided with: a plurality of mist nozzles 13 which are communicated with gaps 11 between the plurality of collision walls 12 and formed on a periphery wall part of the case 1, and enables the mist generated by water colliding with the collision walls 12 to jet out the mist as it is around the periphery wall of the case 1 and an attaching means 10 which targets the case 1 attachable to an attaching object site 41 positioned above a space part as the mist supply destination.
