The present invention relates to a band for suturing an incision. An expansion film having an extension surface limiting an extended length of a dressing film is attached to the upper surface of the dressing film having elasticity by a first double-sided tape. A release tape covering the lower surface of the dressing film is attached to the lower surface by a second double-sided tape. After the release tape is removed, the dressing film is extended so that the second double-sided tape is attached to skin around an incision. So, the dressing film in which the length extended to both sides by the extension surface of the extension film is limited to an original state by the elasticity. Incision surfaces which face each other, and the incision is sutured. According to the present invention, the dressing band is attached to the incision so that the incision can be easily sutured. The skin around the incision or the incision is prevented from being damaged by a simple attachment procedure. A medicine penetrates the band for suturing an incision, attached to the skin, through a first through hole and a second through hole. So, the medicine (for example, a disinfectant) can be easily applied to a suturing unit. The band for suturing an incision need not be removed from the incision. Therefore, the suturing period of the incision is reduced, and reliability of a product can be improved at the same time.본 발명은 절개부 봉합용 밴드에 관한 것으로, 탄성력을 갖는 드레싱 필름의 상면에, 드레싱 필름의 늘어나는 길이를 제한하는 연장면을 형성한 확장필름을 제1양면테이프로 부착하고, 그 하면에 드레싱 필름 하면을 커버하는 이형지를 제2양면테이프로 부착하여, 이형지 제거 후 드레싱 필름을 늘려 제2양면테이프가 절개 부근의 피부에 부착되게 함으로써, 확장필름의 연장면에 의해 양측으로 늘어나는 길이가 제한된 드레싱필름이 탄성력에 의해 원상태로 복원되면서, 절개면을 서로 맞닿도록 하여 절개부분을 봉합한다.본 발명에 따르면, 드레싱 밴드를 절개부분에 부착하는 시술로 절개 부분을 손쉽게 봉합할 수 있고, 단순 부착 시술로 절개부분이나 혹은 절개 부근 주변의 피부에 손상이 일어나지 않으며, 제1, 제2관통공을 통해 피부에 부착된 절개부 봉합용 밴드로 약품을 통과시켜 봉합부에 약품(예컨대 소독약)을 손쉽게 투입할 수 있으며, 절개부 봉합용 밴드를 봉합부분에서 제거할 필요가 없고, 이에따라, 절개부분의 봉합 기간이 단축됨과 동시에 제품의 신뢰성이 향상되는 장점이 있다.
