PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intraocular lens injector in which the tip side of a plunger can be formed thinly while securing rigidity, and which can effectively prevent an occurrence of the axial runout at the time of coming into contact with an intraocular lens.SOLUTION: A plunger 3 of an intraocular lens injector 1 includes a tip side shaft part 35 having an L-shaped part 36, a middle shaft part 33 formed in a flat shape wider than the tip side shaft part 35, and a regulated part 40 formed from the tip side shaft part 35 to the middle shaft part 33 that projects from the flat surface at the middle shaft part 33. An opening 70 of a body 2 includes a central opening 71 opened according to the shape of the middle shaft part 33, and a regulation part 72 formed so as to project in the thickness direction of the middle shaft part 33 from the end surface of the central opening 71 according to the shape of the regulated part 40.
