PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for filling a capsule with powder, having a structure preventing contamination and dust from entering into the device for filling the capsule with the powder, easily accommodating to capsules with different sizes, and having a function of facilitating lock/removal of a cap.SOLUTION: All the components related to the capsule filling device are integrated and stored, functions thereof are consolidated in the inside, and the capsule filling device has a closed structure so as to prevent contamination and dust from entering from the outside. The capsule filling device is equipped with a capsule mounting plate that has a plurality of capsule installation holes matching the outside diameter of the capsule. As for difference in the depth of the capsule, the capsule filling device can adjust the depth by rotating a rotary shaft and vertically moving a capsule depth adjustment plate holding a bottom of the capsule. The capsule filling device includes a hole having an inside diameter equal to an outside diameter of the cap, disposed on a rod-shaped end face, when a cap head part is inserted therein and depressed, the capsule and the cap are locked.
