The present disclosure describes quantification of the flow conductance in a region of the vasculature using a catheter member coupled to at least two pressure sensors. Data from measurements of the pressure at known, controlled patterns of flow rates at the catheter member can be used to compute values of the flow conductance for the regions of the vasculature.
