PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lacrimal implant, a method of making such implants, and a method of treating ocular, respiration, inner ear or other diseases or disorders using such implants.SOLUTION: A lacrimal implant 400 comprises an implant body 402 extending from a proximal end 408 of a first portion 404 to a distal end 410 of a second portion 406.
