PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the generation of an allergy of an occupant who is seated on a seat of a transport moving body resulting from a harmful insect existing in the seat.SOLUTION: A seat temperature control device comprises a heating control part 205 for heating a seat by the heat generation of a seat heater 22 arranged at the seat of a transport moving body, and a cooling control part 206 for cooling the seat by sucking air into the seat by operating a blower which is arranged inside the seat.
