The present invention relates to an apparatus for photodynamic therapy. The apparatus may include: a tube inserted in a body； a light emitting part which is installed to be able to move in the tube and out of the tube, and emits light when the light emitting part is out of the tube； and a manipulation part which moves the light emitting part in the tube and out of the tube. According to the present invention, the apparatus is extended outward by manipulation of a user, rotates, and emits light at the same time. Therefore, a curved portion of a body such as a gastrointestinal tract or a protrusion portion (a mucosal folds portion) can be irradiated with light； and thus effective photodynamic therapy can be performed.본 발명은 광역동 치료 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 생체 내에 삽입되는 튜브； 튜브의 내외부로 이동가능하게 설치되고, 튜브의 외부로 배출된 상태에서 광을 조사하는 광조사부； 및 광조사부를 튜브의 내외부로 이동시키는 조작부를 포함할 수 있다. 이와 같은 본 발명에 의하면, 사용자의 작동에 의해 튜브의 외부로 펼쳐지고, 동시에 회전되면서 광을 조사하게 된다. 따라서, 위장관(胃腸管)과 같은 굴곡진 부위나 요철 부위(점막 주름 부위)와 같은 생체 내에도 광이 조사될 수 있으므로 효과적인 광역동 치료가 가능하다.
