The invention relates to a device having the function of removing or harvesting derivative photosynthetic hydrobionts. The principle is to keep these hydrobionts by means of a barrier under a blanket that allows only an insufficient proportion of the light wavelengths necessary for photosynthesis to pass through. These photosynthesis-dependent organisms then lose their buoyancy and will decompose in depth or settle in a collection receptacle. Le principe est de maintenir au moyen d’une barrière ces hydrobiontes sous une couverture ne laissant passer qu’une proportion insuffisante des longueurs d’ondes lumineuses nécessaires à la photosynthèse.
